Class Registration and Cancellation Policies:
• Pre-Registration is required to reserve a space in any of the classes; this can be done in person or over the phone.
• Full payment of tuition is required when you make your class reservation.
• A 10% discount for class supplies is given to all registered students.
• There are no refunds, credits, or make-ups when a student misses a class.
Cancellation must be done 72 hours in advance of the class to receive a refund.
A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Betty James Studios reserves the right to cancel any class if there insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, we will do our best to notify you at least 24 hours in advance, and you will receive a full refund.
• Most of our classes and workshops are designed for adult learners.
Special Interest Classes or Guest Instructors may have special requirements.
Special class offerings are scheduled every month for: Teens, Mom/Dad & Me (adult & child), Special Needs, & Senior Citizens.
